5 Star Chevrolet Rocks but allow me to tell you about our SERVICE INTAKE GUY (SHANE) I believe he's new there but his CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY BEYOND PROFESSIONAL!!! I came in just for a software update ...and how dare he go over & beyond for my Dually!!!!! Told us exactly how long the update was and came within 2 minutes and had my vehicle outside & ready to go go verses having to stand outside waiting 5-10 minutes. The level of professionalism from this gentleman is DEFINITELY MANAGEMENT MATERIAL!!!!!!! THANK YOU SHANE!!!!! YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!!!!!!!

So I bought a new 2024 Chevy Colorado Crew Cab LT. I drove it home and then it started to overheat. I called the dealership close to closing time and they still brought a loaner to drive within 30 minutes. The new truck was towed back to the dealership so they could look at it and get it fixed. Two days later I went down there and the truck has not been looked at yet. They were all very nice and apologetic. They found another truck for the same price and switched it out for me right there. I was very impressed on the level of service I received there. I would definitely keep doing business there in the future. Thanks again.
