What's the point of making an appointment? What's the point of making an appointment? I was the first scheduled appointment and still waited 2+ hours to get an oil change and tires rotates plus tightening the rear view mirror which had been loose since I bought it. Several other vehicles came, were serviced, and sent on their way while I waited. It literally sat in the service bay for an hour and 15 minutes before it was touched. I could see it through the service bay windows. When I finally got the truck back, they said the mirror was tightened. I had a service coupon for $99.99 plus tax for the oil replacement and tire rotation. When I checked out, the bill was $112.09. I inquired about the difference because tax is 8% and was told the difference was shop supplies which is not mentioned in the coupon. In addition, I was informed that I'd have to pay an additional service fee of $3.85 for using my card. This is nickel and diming the customer and you can rest assured that this will be the last time Five Star services my vehicle and it may be the last vehicle I ever purchase from them. When I got into my truck, I checked the mirror and it hadn't been touched so I had to pull back to the service department to have another technician look at. The person checking me in stated that it was a very inexperienced technician who worked on my truck and didn't know what he was doing. That sure gives me great confidence. She sent out a senior technician who fixed it promptly. This is not a one time deal. I waited at least 2 hours to have the oil changed and tires rotated the last time also. So, what's the first thing I had to do when I got home? Check the oil level and checked the torque on the lug nuts because of their inexperienced junior technician revelation. At least they finally got the mirror fixed this time. If your time is important to you, don't take it to Five Star for servicing.

Joey, my Service advisor was so awesome. He kept in contact with me about my experience with the dealership and every step of what was going on with my auto repairs. My recent experience at Warner Robins Chevrolet was truly eye-opening. I especially want to recognize Rasheed for his exceptional customer service and commitment to taking care of his customers. I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I also expressed concerns about a tire that continually lost air pressure. While I was on vacation, I had to repeatedly stop and add air to the tire, making for an exhausting trip. When I first had the issue checked, I was told there was no problem with the tire and that I simply needed new tires. Based on my experience, I didn’t believe that was the actual cause. After returning to the dealership because the tire continued leaking, Rasheed took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly. He discovered that a nail had punctured the tire—the real source of the air loss. Considering how much I had driven during my trip, the situation could have become much more serious. Rasheed promptly ordered a replacement tire, and it was installed just a few days later. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you, Rasheed, for going the extra mile. Your commitment to your customers reflects the kind of service that builds trust and keeps people coming back.
