My salesman Jonnie was great. I gave it a 4 star only because the truck that purchased is having issues with the air conditioning. I understand it was a buy as is deal with the truck. I didn’t realize that this issue before I bought it. I was told the truck had be serviced but it wasn’t the oil looks like it wasn’t changed.
I told Daniel that I needed something better with gas and safer for my baby. And he already had it planned out with what would work for me! Thank you Daniel for helping me get in a much better vehicle I love it so far!

08 Yukon needed Front bearings and hub replacement. Service staff worked us in to morning schedule and had Yukon repaired and safe for 1200 mile trip in progress. Shawmon, Ryan and mechanic very friendly, great at mechanical work and responsive to our needs/dilemma. God bless Five Star always !

Five years ago, I said that I would never step foot on that property again. Roseme said that he would personally make up for that experience, and he did. I dealt with Roseme, Amanda ,& Louie. They were all wonderful and awesome problem solvers
Had faulty starter replaced. This was under warranty, no pay was involved in replacement. Car had to be towed in on a Tuesday afternoon. The car was ready to be picked up by Thursday morning I received excellent service and feel it was repaired in a timely manner. While my vehicle was there I had oil change and tires rotated.
If you’re looking for a new vehicle, or a used vehicle go by Five Star Chevy in Warner Robins and speak with Malik Lawson he’s one of the best salesman along with Amanda Cline who is the finance manager. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s our 3rd New Silverado we have purchased from them because of their excellent customer service.
